I want to extend special thanks to the two teachers of the Dazzling Dolphin, Kirsti and Carlos for the past two years. They are the best English speaking early age educators I have met in Tallinn. As a family that does not speak English as a mother language, I am very grateful for the extensive English vocabulary, songs, and picture books they have introduced to our child. The teachers' patience and enthusiasm, their kindness and principles, as well as their academic plans and communication with parents, have been incredibly beneficial to our family. These two, whom I cannot call "educators" in any way, our Amadeja absolutely adores. They both give themselves and their hearts to these little people of ours. The time spent with them is full of interesting and creative learning, which opened up the possibility of different views and awareness of the world we live in for our little girl. Every morning she is full of expectations about what will happen in kindergarten. She already knows the schedule of activities by heart and looks forward to every event. Their approach is really very high-quality, practical, life-like and heartily professional. In every activity, they combine learning, fun and the opportunity for growth. They are not superficial, but know her strengths and weaknesses very well and give her tasks to develop and grow accordingly. Their approach helps her build self-confidence and recognize the importance of cooperation and independent work. We simply could not have asked for more: our daughter learned from them with love, respect and acceptance. Children have so many things to learn and it's hard to cram it all into their little heads. With the right approach, technique and attitude, all this is possible. And these two are true proof of that. For all the children, who will go on the educator journey with them, this be a happy time. First of all, I would like to express that I am both very happy and very unhappy to write this testimonial. I'm happy because two wonderful people like Kirsti and Carlos came into our lives. The reason why I am unhappy is that they are leaving us now. As it can be understood from the fact that I am not unhappy, we love and trust them both very much, our biggest fear when we moved to a new country and new culture was the education and adaptation process of our precious daughter until we met Kirsti and Carlos. Both of them gave us so much confidence and helped our daughter to lay the foundations of her educational journey so firmly that I would like to thank them both very much. Thanks to them, our daughter has become a very confident child who is sure of what she wants to do, has excellent relationships with her friends and wants to run to school every day. My son came to the group at the age of three in spring 2023. He couldn't speak English at that time and he was the youngest in the group. In addition, his brother was born 4 weeks later. That was a hard time for him! Kirsti and Carlos accompanied him through these difficult weeks with a lot of patience, understanding and expertise. They never put pressure on him, e.g. with the potty training. They work on it that children treat each other with respect and intervene if a child is treated without respect. In general, they have a lot of expertise in their field through constant learning. They are highly motivated. I personally like their style a lot: There are clear structures and rules, but at the same time they approach the children with warmth and appreciation. The children are excellently supported in their development! And they always have an open ear for the parents and give feedback from the day. I wish them both all the best for the future. They are great educators and I am very, very sad that they are leaving TES! But hopefully they will be the teachers of my Youngest soon. Sonja Mohrhardt
